All give same result - ".permission denied". There are not many to choose from - couple of 3 aspect and similar number 4 aspect etc. So I change the last signal with the dummy.
all is good with green / yellow / red etc. What could be simpler? Create a basic scenario (Standard). At the other end, a signal with the calling on dummy, a very simple platform & marker and a 4 car class 423. I lay out a few miles of dead straight / flat track. I create a New Route, default settings etc. There's a very simple way to test the theory. Now, as I have created my own track, I start to wonder if this could be the problem somehow. But no ammount of 'tabbing' works - always I get ".permission denied". And I discovered this - I want to enter a platform that is occupied, so of course I place a signal with the calling on 'dummy' on the post. So most of the basic signalling is in place, but now I want to fine tune it & work on the details.
Taking forever - partly because I always seem to get so far, then something goes horribly wrong.
